Position: Support Worker

Seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide one-to-one assistance, promote independence, and contribute to the well-being of individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Personalized support for daily living tasks.
- Facilitate community engagement and social activities.
- Implement and follow individualized care plans.
- Encourage skill development and independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support provided.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in disability support or related field.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or relevant qualification.
- Valid Full Australian Drivers Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Digital COVID Vaccination Certificate
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Assist with Medication Certificate (Desirable)
- Manual Handling Certificate (Desirable)
